Wholesale orders will only be supplied to customers ("Retailers") with a valid ABN, and on a regular ongoing basis. All ABN's will be verified before initial supply is provided. Retailers are allowed to sell in person, in store and on their own website, they are not allowed to sell on Marketplace platforms such as Etsy and eBay.

 

How to Order

All Retailers will need to be create an account to order direct on our wholesale website. Our wholesale website will allow you to view all of our collections, prices, SKUs and details to easily add information into your point-of-sale system. All prices on the website are inclusive of GST.Minimum order quantities of 2 per product do apply (custom text signs excluded).

Minimum order amount of $132 (inc GST) plus Postage.

 

Payment Terms

Our Wholesale Discount is provided as follows:

45% off RRP for all Garden Decor items
40% off RRP for all Custom Signs with Standard Text
25% off RRP for all Custom Signs with Custom Text

Initial orders are to be paid prior to shipping or cash on delivery.
 
After the timely payment of 5 pro-forma invoices, you may apply for a 30-day account.Further supplies will not be made if invoices are outstanding.

 

Supply & Delivery

Our processing times do vary, however aim to create & post all orders within 5-7 business days, however sometimes there are factors outside of our control that may effect this. All products will be supplied raw & unweathered.

We offer the following delivery options*:
Australia Post/Courier - At Cost
Delivery - $15 (within 15km of Mt Baker - set day)
Pickup Mt Barker - FREE(by client or client courier by appointment)
 
We have a 15% restocking fee should you need to return items.Return freight is the responsibility of the retailer.
 
*These delivery options and fees are subject to change. Written notice will be given for any changes.
 
We allow up to 48 hours from time of pickup/delivery to be notified of any missing or damaged stock. We must be notified in writing along with a photo of the damaged stock.

 

Branding

All of our products will come with branded tags that include weathering tips, with room available for your own labels and/or prices. We do not price individual items and our RRP will not be on our tags. Our RRP is a guide, and these are the prices we sell for online.
 
It is a condition of resale that our branding is included on all items.

Social Media
We have both a Facebook and Instagram page where we actively post multiple times a week. We will post about any new retail opportunities and follow you on social media. We will tag you in posts wherever possible and would appreciate if you did the same. We will also list you as a stockist on our website.
 
To accurately promote your business we would appreciate any logo or branding files as well as a short blurb to use online.
