    Who is Custom Steel Appeal?

    Custom Steel Appeal was established in October 2020 by husband and wife duo Jesse & Amy.

    Jesse works on the front line as the designer and manufacturer working to create each unique piece. With a background in IT and Project Management (and a keen hobby machinist in his spare time), he has taken his passion for DIY and eye for detail and showcased it through the quality in each piece he creates.

    Amy works behind the scenes making sure everything runs smoothly in customer service, admin and marketing. Amy's background in Accounting gives her a wealth of knowledge and foundation required to run the business.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    The majority of our signs & garden decor items are cut from 1.6mm weathering steel. It is durable, requires no maintenance, and has a beautiful rustic patina. We most commonly use REDCOR, which is a weathering steel made right here in Australia by Bluescope.

    We aim to process all orders in 5-7 business days. We run cuts 1-2 times a week depending on workload.

    Yes. If you are after a particular design/animal/sign to supply to your customers we are happy to work with you and add new products to our range. This includes designs that can be exclusive to your store.

    We are unable to maintain wholesale pricing on one-off designs.

    Yes. We can provide a email PDF of our designs for you to print or we can put together a physical folder to be sent out with your order.
